"Plaka villas" consists of two appartments and a studio. Each appartment has two rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen.
Each appartment is fully eqquipped. There are all the necessary pieces of furniture such as a fridge, shelves, closets, oven and air condition also. The appartments can accomodate five persons each. They have a double bed in the one room and three single beds in the other. The number of beds can change according to the renter's wishes, but we have to be informed in advance before this is done.
The studio has a room, a bathroom and a kitchen. There are also a fridge, an oven, shelves ,closets and air condition. It can accomodate three persons.

 
"Plaka villas" has a panoramic view of slopes which are full of greenery and mediterranean vegetation and end in to the sea. The scenery is completed by the crystal-clear blue water of the sea which reflect the sunlight during the day and the moonlight at night.

 
"Plaka villas" is very easily accesible because of the safe road which has recently been constructed. Of course, a parking place exists.

Three idyllic sandy beaches are situated very close to "Plaka villas": Hantzoklis, Klimatsias and Thermantis. So one can get even on foots there from "Plaka villas" in five minutes' time.

Those who stay in "Plaka villas" for their holidays have two excellent choices for dinner and enjoyment: Gato Nero, a traditional greek tavern with fresh fish and Water Way, a restaurant-bar of which place in Klimatsia beach is breath-taking; it looks as if it hangs over the sea. 

In "Plaka villas" the prices are exceptionally low.
